Composite Frame Screen is made of polyurethane material frame and has two or three layers of 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth. Its main features are as follows.
1) The high-strength plastic frame and moderately tensioned screen cloth greatly improve durability from a reliable overall perspective.
2) Divide the sieve into several independent small cloths to prevent local damage and excessive expansion. Meanwhile, repairing damages with specialized rubber plugs can save time and reduce usage costs.
3) Quick wedge tensioning device makes screen installation more convenient and saves half of the machine replacement time.
4) The excellent polyurethane material frame enhances corrosion resistance, has good absorbency, and prolongs the lifespan of the screen.
