Steel Frame Screen is designed with two or three layers of 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth, and is equipped with a steel backplate and frame for optimal durability and filtration efficiency. Different grid and hole sizes help achieve excellent filtering performance.
Enhanced strength is achieved through a sturdy steel frame at the bottom, which is reinforced with support rods and tensioned screen cloth. This combination significantly improves the integrity and service life of the sieve, ensuring effective filtration of mesh sizes ranging from 20 to 325.
In order to reduce damage, the screen mesh is divided into independent parts to prevent excessive expansion and local wear. Special rubber plugs are easy to maintain, minimizing downtime and replacement costs while maximizing efficiency.
