Wave ® Screen is named after its unique ripple form. The main features are as follows:
These product sieve plates are composed of two or three layers of 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth, which are combined and bent together with steel backboards. The silk cloth is tightly combined with the bottom steel backboard, increasing the filtering area by 120% to 150% compared to the hook bar flat screen, resulting in better performance.
Different layers have different densities. Reasonably and accurately arranging these layers will improve the screening effect. Screens with different mesh sizes and suitable back plate opening sizes. In this way, our product will achieve maximum effective area under sufficient strength conditions.
The lower layer has thick lines that can be tightly bonded to the backing to form a block. Therefore, the strength of the entire sieve increases and its service life increases.
